It's a centenary villa situated in the Colonya Valley. Surrounded with almond and fruit trees and it is located in a very quiet place just 2 km far from Pollença town.

A nice rural area for a family or a friend’s meeting to enjoy the good weather in the big swimming pool, in the barbecue, going on excursion or visiting the wonderful inlets anb beatches of the municipality.
