The villa can be rent by weeks from May to October (both included).

Prices are different depending on the season of the year:

•  MAY AND OCTOBER = 140 euros per day.

•  JUNE AND SEPTEMBER = 180 euros per day.

•  JULY = 250 euros per day.

•  AUGUST = 270 euros per day.

3th- The reserve will be formalized with the 25% of the total price of the stay payment in a bank account that the owner will give the tenant.
